Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Standard Ground Shipping

Expedited Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
  • Cost: Calculated at Checkout

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days
  • Cost: Calculated at Checkout

Overnight Express

  • Delivery Time: Next business day by 3:00 PM
  • Cost: Calculated at Checkout
  • Must be ordered by 12:00 PM EST for next-day delivery

Alaska & Hawaii

  • Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii takes 5-10 business days
  • Additional shipping charges may apply

Special Shipping Considerations

Motorcycle Helmets

  • All helmets are carefully packaged in protective materials to prevent damage during transit
  • Helmet shipments may require signature confirmation for deliveries over $200
  • We recommend expedited shipping for time-sensitive helmet orders (racing events, trips, etc.)

Large or Heavy Items

  • Items over 20 lbs may incur additional shipping charges
  • Bulk orders may require freight shipping

Shipping Restrictions

The following items have shipping restrictions:

  • Aerosol products (cleaners, lubricants) - Ground shipping only, cannot ship via air
  • Batteries and electronic devices - May have international shipping limitations
  • Certain helmet models - Subject to DOT/ECE certification restrictions in some countries

Delivery Requirements

  • Signature Required: Orders over $200 may require signature confirmation
  • Safe Delivery: We ship to the address provided at checkout - please ensure accuracy
  • Apartment/Business Deliveries: Include unit numbers and business names for successful delivery
  • P.O. Boxes: USPS shipments only; UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes

Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be emailed within 24 hours of shipment
  • Track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website
  • For questions about your shipment, contact us with your order number

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages

  • Inspect your package immediately upon delivery
  • Report any visible damage to the carrier and contact us within 48 hours
  • Take photos of damaged packaging and products for insurance claims
  • We will work with you to resolve any shipping damage issues

Lost Packages

  • Packages are considered lost if not delivered within 10 business days of the expected delivery date
  • We will file a trace with the carrier and work to locate your package
  • If a package cannot be located, we will provide a replacement or full refund

Shipping Address Changes

Military APO/FPO Addresses

  • We ship to military APO/FPO addresses via USPS only
  • Delivery times: 10-21 business days
  • Some restrictions apply to batteries and aerosol products
  • Military orders qualify for free standard shipping regardless of order value
